pulsoFXDelete my data
pulsoFX has no accounts, so there is no account to close. The only things we hold on the server are the alerts you created and the notification identifier of the device to notify.
In the app, immediately
- Open the Alerts tab.
- Swipe the alert left and tap Delete.
The alert is deleted from our server at that moment, not just from the phone.
Delete everything
Delete all your alerts, then uninstall the app. Uninstalling unsubscribes the device from notifications, and the settings stored on the phone go with it.
By e-mail
Write to gsaenz@proatomicdev.com with the subject "Delete my data". Because we hold nothing that identifies you, we need to know which device you are writing about in order to find its alerts; if you cannot tell us, give us the rough date and the target rates you set. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
