Things that usually fix it first

Rates won't load

Check your connection and reopen the app. If it persists, tell us which screen and roughly what time, and we will check the server.

A house shows as "outdated"

That house has gone too long without publishing a new rate. We deliberately leave it out of the best-rate picks rather than show you a stale number.

No alerts arrive

Notifications must be allowed in Settings → pulsoFX → Notifications. Also, an alert fires when the best rate crosses your target: if it was already past the target when you created it, it will not fire.

The widget doesn't refresh

iOS decides when to refresh a widget and may space it out in Low Power Mode. Opening the app forces an update.
