pulsoFXTerms of use
pulsoFX is an information app. It shows exchange rates published by third parties so you can compare them; it does not exchange money, does not give advice, and does not promise a rate will still be there when you reach the counter.

1. What this service is
pulsoFX collects exchange rates from the public pages of Peruvian exchange houses, plus the official rate published by the Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS), and presents them ranked and comparable.
2. We are not a financial institution
pulsoFX carries out no currency exchange, takes no deposits, brokers no transactions, and is not licensed or supervised as a financial institution in any country. Nothing the app shows is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
3. Rates are indicative
Rates come from third-party sources and may be out of date, incomplete or wrong. The rate an exchange house finally offers you may differ from the one shown, and may depend on the amount, the channel, the payment method or your customer status. Always confirm the rate with the exchange house before you trade. Every rate in the app shows when it was last updated; use it.
4. No affiliation
pulsoFX is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any exchange house, bank or public body. The names and logos shown belong to their owners and are used only to identify the source of each rate. If you own a mark and want us to stop displaying it, write to gsaenz@proatomicdev.com and we will.
5. Acceptable use
The app and the API are for personal use. Automated extraction of the data, reselling it, or attempting to bypass usage limits or the service's security mechanisms is not permitted.
6. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We may change, interrupt or discontinue it, and a data source may become unavailable at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions based on the information in the app, nor for the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits the rights applicable consumer law gives you.
8. Notifications
Alerts depend on third-party services (Apple and OneSignal) and on your device's connectivity. We do not guarantee that a notification arrives, or that it arrives on time.
9. Changes to these terms
Any change will be published on this page with a new date.
